Hi! I’m Trish, a licensed Dental Hygienist, Certified Myofunctional Therapist and proud mom of three little ones under six. With over 15 years in dentistry, I bring both clinical expertise and real-life parenting perspective to every visit.

I first stepped into the airway world while working in an airway-focused dental practice. The more I learned, the more the puzzle pieces started making sense for my own kids. I couldn’t believe this information wasn’t common knowledge for parents and that’s what sparked my passion for teaching families how breathing, growth and daily habits shape long-term health.

I’m also certified in oral-systemic education, and I love connecting the dots between the mouth, the body and overall wellness. When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me chasing my kids through the yard, soaking up sunshine, or geeking out on a good podcast with a latte in hand.

Amy developed a passion for dentistry at a young age, launching her dental career at 17. She earned her dental hygiene training at Phoenix College and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University. Through advanced continuing education, Amy discovered the field of airway dentistry, an area she found greatly underrepresented in dental education and professional discourse. This revelation was pivotal, leading her to recognize signs of sleep-disordered breathing in her own daughter. Motivated to address her daughter’s health issue, she pursued specialized training in myofunctional therapy and founded Phoenix Myo, her private practice dedicated to airway health and wellness.

Amy is an active member of the International Association of Orofacial Myology, the International Association of Airway Hygienists, and Airway Circle, where she remains committed to ongoing education and continuous growth in innovative modalities and therapeutic approaches within the airway health field. Recently, she relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she resides with her husband, twin daughters, and their dogs. Outside of her professional endeavors, Amy values spending quality time with family and friends and exploring new travel destinations.

Registered Dental Hygienist, Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist, Myo Munchee Certified, Certified in Buteyko Breathing

I grew up in Woburn MA and always knew I would go into the medical field one day. I started my journey graduating from Mount Ida College in 2003 as a Dental Hygienist. I have worked in many great practices through the years learning and meeting wonderful people along the way. Although I still have a passion for clinical hygiene, I have truly found my path with Myofunctional Therapy. I feel that the function of how we breathe, eat and chew has been overlooked and we need to change that. With my knowledge of the oral cavity, Buteyko Breathing technique and understanding how everything connects I hope to make a difference in the lives of people.

In my spare time I am enjoying the crazy life as a mom of 2 boys and wife to my amazing husband. We travel a lot for wrestling tournaments and good old fashion family time! I also enjoy baking and love going to try new restaurants.

I cannot wait to help support your family through Myofunctional Therapy!

Howdy!! My name is Ashley Craig. I am a wife, a mother of two boys, Texas native, a dental hygienist, and now adding myofunctional therapist to my list of accomplishments! My husband and I met in high school and have been married now for 3 years. We have a two year old son Cooper and a soon to be newborn, Colter. In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, playing outdoors, reading, doing crafts, and cooking. I got started in my career as a dental hygienist 8 years ago. My grandmother and my great grandmother were both in the dental field so I guess you could say it runs in my DNA! I love all things teeth and oral health! My journey with myofunctional therapy started when my first son was born. He was born with a lip and tongue tie and I immediately knew something was not right. I had him evaluated by an Occupational Therapist who confirmed his ties and we quickly had them released. I started learning more and more about the connection the mouth has with the whole body and how something as seemingly simple and mundane as the tongue can have such a profound impact on our health. I am so thankful for the opportunity to guide families through the process of rehabilitation and education of oral myofunctional habits to achieve better overall health!

Hi, I’m Rachel! 👋 I’ve been helping people keep their teeth and mouths healthy since 2009, when I became a dental hygienist. I’ve been a dental hygienist for over 15 years, but my journey into myofunctional therapy started much closer to home. It wasn’t until my own three children were grown that I realized each of them had faced their own myofunctional challenges—and that discovery changed everything for me. Now, as a Qualified Orofacial Myologist (QOM®) and tutor in the dental hygiene program at York Tech, I love combining hands-on care with education and community outreach. I’m also working toward becoming a certified pediatric sleep consultant so I can support children and families even more holistically.
